Due to life, I took an unexpected break from the blog. I needed some time off due to my outside life becoming hectic. But I never stopped thinking about this and knew that I would eventually pick it back up.

What have we been up to? Well In November Qwerty and I competed in our 2nd ORT (Odor Recognition Trial) to try to earn our ORT Title. We DID IT! I had never competed in any dog sport before and now I officially have a dog with a title, to be honest, I never thought I would compete in any dog sport, but now I am hooked. I would love to get Qwerty to NW3, a lofty goal, we will start with baby steps and just work towards NW1 this year.

Where are we going with the blog. This blog is going to be an ever flowing and changing entity. I plan on posting about veterinary interests, training and behavior interests, and about Qwerty and my life together. An overall view of my brain with dogs (and the occasional cat thrown in as well).
